There are so many beautiful ones, but as you know, they don’t always fit us correctly and/or look good on us. A virtual consultation along with an email requesting prescription and pictures, will help us find you the perfect frame! A consultation costs $50 and will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Email us at info@frameology2020.com or call 315-314-6681, and we can schedule a time/day that works best.  After the consult we will send you a maximum of 4 frames for you to try on at home and put a hold on your credit card equal to the amount shipped to you. There will be a return label included with the shipment and frames must be shipped back within 4 days of receiving the frames.  We are very strict with this policy due to the sensitive nature of the materials.

Don’t want to do an online consult? No problem. Please peruse our on-line store and we will happily ship you a frame of
your choice. Your unworn and undamaged frames can be returned within 4 days for a full refund. Refunds will be given as a credit to the same card used for purchase. There will be NO returns after 4 days. This is due to the sensitive nature of the materials and our goal of providing the best quality product each and every time.
