Things you need to know when purchasing a frame online
from Frameology Optical.
Frameology Optical does not sell prescription lenses online. It’s difficult to manage prescriptions long distance, therefore, we have you order your Rx lenses through your doctors office, or any retail establishment, specializing in prescription eyewear. Confirm with your doctors office that they will be willing to manufacture lenses and adjust frames not purchased in their office.
Please be mindful when purchasing frames online as fit and size may be deceiving. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of our online/virtual eyeglass consultation. This will ensure the best size and fit for you. Click HERE for more information. Have a copy of your prescription and glasses and/or sunglasses that you currently wear with you at the time of the consultation, this ensures the best size and fit of your new frames. Your older frames tell us a lot about you and your
needs!
Sales outside of the continental US are not available.
Payment and Shipping
PayPal is our preferred form of payment. If you have an FSA/HSA account, we provide a detailed receipt for you to get reimbursed.
All orders require a signature upon delivery.
Return Policy
Your unworn and undamaged frames can be returned within 4 days for a full refund. Refunds will be given as a credit to the same card used for purchase.
There will be NO returns after 4 days. This is due to the sensitive nature of the materials and our goal of providing the best quality product each and every time.
How to process your free return
Please email us your order number and reason for return to frameologyoptical@gmail.com. We will then email a return shipping label to you.
Repackage your frames in the same packaging your frames came to you in. Include all accessories (ie- cleaning cloth, case, etc…) Frames must be clean and unworn. Frames must be in the mail within the 4 day policy period. Once your frames are received, credit will be issued to the same credit card used for purchase. Please allow 5-7 days for processing.
Privacy
Your personal information will not be shared by Frameology Optical with any third parties.
